
Therapeutic Yoga for STRESS & ANXIETY

Service Description
This 4 week course is designed to lead you on a journey back to yourself. We will work across 4 sessions learning how anxiety affects our nervous system and how to use yoga as a therapeutic tool to manage and reduce symptoms. You will learn your current breathing pattern and how this is contributing to your current mood. Each week we will have a group practice that will incorporate many yoga tools including yoga postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation, chanting, yoga nidra and restoratives. You will also receive short take home practices/tools. No previous yoga experience is required although due to the nature of the class you will need to be able to get up and down from a yoga mat on the floor. This class is suitable for any level of practitioner specifically looking to manage their anxiety/stress and is designed in a therapeutic way so is very gentle.
Cancellation Policy
The £30 deposit fee is not refundable and is paid online/via bank transfer. This reserves your place on the course. The remaining payment for the course can be made with me via bank transfer/cash in person.
