• In the event that I have to cancel the course for any reason you will receive a full refund of any money exchanged.

• If you decide for any reason you cannot participate in the course after making the initial deposit unfortunately it is non refundable. This may be waived for any urgent matters but will need to be discussed personally with me on a case by case basis.

• If you become too unwell to attend any of the four sessions and you notify me at the very least 24hrs in advance I will refund you £10 for that session. This refund option will only be offered once and if you cannot attend the following week you will not receive another refund except in the case outlined above.

• To participate you will need to have enough mobility to get up and down from a yoga mat on the floor and to walk up a flight of stairs to the studio.

• I am just a guide through this yoga therapy group course and you take full responsibility for your own health both physically and emotionally. Due to the nature of the course emotions may arise. I am trained to hold space for emotional release but I do not advertise myself as a mental health counsellor or psychotherapist in any way. The elements within the course are developed from yoga therapy techniques. If you are in any way concerned about your participation in the course please contact your health care provider.

• You are responsible for knowing your own physical limits and if you feel pain in any way when practicing asanas please gently come out of the posture and rest as necessary. 

• I understand the personal nature of the class setting but I may take a small number of photos during the course to help me market similar offerings in the future. I will always avoid faces. If you are not comfortable with this please speak to me personally. 

• Due to my insurance I can only accept participants above the age of 16. If you are under 18 and wish to attend you must have permission from your legal guardian.
